Alexis Mincer, PA-C has been has been practicing as a physician assistant since 2011. She is the founder and owner of Lumina Ketamine Therapy, created to provide compassionate care for individuals with PTSD and treatment-resistant depression. At Lumina, patients receive an intramuscular low-dose ketamine injection into your upper arm during a one-hour session guided by their mental health professional either in-person or via telehealth. These sessions can take place once a week, and full results generally take one to six sessions, however most patients begin feeling relief of depressive symptoms within 1 hour of administration. During your session, your health and vital signs will be monitored by a healthcare professional. Cost is $149 per session for medication administration and monitoring.
The Logistics
We offer compassionate and collaborative ketamine therapy sessions for treatment-resistant depression and PTSD. This is given as one injection into the muscle into your upper arm. We prefer you have an in-person or telehealth appointment with your mental health provider scheduled during this hour. During your hour-long session, you will be monitored by a healthcare provider while you speak with your mental health professional.

Sessions can be conduncted weekly for up to 10 weeks.
